Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit starts on a positive note.
  • Managing reservations, walk‑ins, and seating plans to keep service flowing smoothly.
  • Communicating effectively with the service and kitchen teams to coordinate guest needs and special requests.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting host desk and entrance area.
  • Assisting guests with inquiries, menu highlights, and directions within the restaurant.
  • Handling ad‑hoc duties to support the team and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hostess, customer service, or hospitality role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills – warm, polished, and approachable.
  • Fluency in Russian is a plus; English proficiency is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Compliance with local laws related to hospitality service and minimum working age requirements.
