What you will do

• Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
• Seat guests promptly at a table, pre‑set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
• Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set‑up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.

What you bring

• 1‑2 years’ experience in 5‑star luxury hotels in a similar role.
• Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses.
• Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others.
• Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages.
