Job description

To carry out unskilled physical work in construction and maintenance activities at construction site, residential complex or industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

Operational

• To lift, carry, weight (max 50 pounds), transport, and lay blocks / bricks to the activity area of site or facilities in or out of doors.
• Setting hangars, square and spiral duct, scissor lift operation.
• To work on uneven surfaces frequently climb ladders, on/off equipment and work from various heights.
• To perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning and pulling using hand physical force.
• To assist plumbers, carpenters, electricians, technicians with whom assigned to in their routine work.
• To perform work following safety rules and procedures using all required PPE all time.
• Attending Tool Box Talk and performing work with all safety rules and regulations as applicable.
