Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree in higher education or related industry qualification.
• At least 3 years' experience in a mid-level position within education or facilities service.
• Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities services to ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Support the management of budgets and procurement processes.
