• Be the point of reference for both guests and team members anticipating needs, solving challenges, and keeping the service flow smooth.
• Know our menu and wine list like the back of your hand, guiding guests with passion and authenticity.
• Mentor and support waiters and runners, fostering teamwork and making sure every detail from service timing to table presentation is on point.
