Responsibilities
  • 1st point of contact and response for employee queries by email and phone
  • When required, attend hearings and reviews between line managers and employees to provide procedural advice
  • Input data, produce basic reports and present information using the interim HR System
  • Monitor, advise, review and co‑ordinate activities relating to a specific shared service team area
  • Maintain, improve and develop filing systems according to the need of the team
  • Ensure that all documents are filed quickly and correctly in the relevant system
  • Contribute to successful team working
  • Build and maintain relationships and effective communication channels
  • Undertake specific activities relating to the assigned area
