Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of B2B Sales to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market clients. You will be responsible for building and executing our go-to-market strategy, developing a high-performing sales team, and establishing long-term relationships with key clients. As a senior commercial leader, you’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the full B2B sales strategy across the MENA region (and beyond as we expand).
  • Identify, target, and close enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and coach a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value proposition and GTM positioning.
  • Define key sales metrics and report performance to the leadership team and investors.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3+ years in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong network and experience selling into the MENA region; international exposure a plus.
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a start-up environment where you build from scratch.
