About The Role

The Head of Marketing (MENA) leads Traze’s full regional marketing strategy and execution across the Middle East and North Africa. This role ensures Traze becomes a top brand in the region by driving regional acquisition, IB support, partnerships, local content, community building, and country-specific growth initiatives.

This role is the bridge between Global Marketing and Regional execution — converting global strategies into localised campaigns that fit MENA culture, platforms, influencers, language, and trading behaviours.

You will work closely with Growth, Conversion, Events, PR, and Sales to ensure MENA becomes a high-performing region.

Key responsibilities
  • Regional Marketing Leadership: Own the full MENA marketing plan, calendar, and execution. Translate global brand and acquisition strategies into region-specific campaigns.Lead all marketing operations across Gulf, Iraq, and Egypt.
  • Demand Generation & Growth: Drive local user acquisition by coordinating with Global Growth team. Launch MENA-specific offers, funnels, creatives, and localised landing routes.
  • Local Content & Community Building: Produce Arabic regional content across social media (with Brand team support). Build communities across Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat. Create relationships with local trading communities and KOLs.
  • Partnerships & Influencers: Identify and manage relationships with MENA influencers, educators, and traders. Support affiliate team with regional insights (but NOT manage affiliates directly).
  • Local Events & Activations: Support organization of local seminars, IB meetups, workshops, and client events. Provide on-ground support during regional expos in UAE, KSA, and Iraq.
  • Regional Insights & Research: Provide weekly insights on market trends, competitors, pricing, promotions, and user behaviour. Track regional performance metrics and optimise strategy accordingly.
Key KPIs
  • Registrations & FTDs from MENA
  • Cost efficiency of campaigns (CPR, CPFTD by region)
  • Community growth (Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Engagement rates on Arabic content
  • Regional campaign ROI
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading, CFD, prop firm, or iGaming.
  • Deep understanding of MENA markets, culture, and user behaviour.
  • Strong experience with Arabic social media, influencers, and communities.
  • Proven track record launching regional campaigns with measurable results.
  • Fluency in Arabic + English.
  • Strong collaboration skills across global teams.
