An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Guest Relations Executive to join Shimmers - Jumeirah Mina Al Salam
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Identify and meet customer needs promptly and accurately, delivering consistently exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and strong personal presentation.
Address customer dissatisfaction quickly and effectively, following MJ customer feedback and complaint procedures to ensure positive guest outcomes.
Support colleagues and contribute to teamwork, assisting as needed to achieve daily operational goals and maintain smooth service flow.
Manage the hostess desk/door with a warm, prompt welcome, while efficiently handling dining reservations and special requests in line with Restaurant Reservations SOPs.
Stay well‑informed on hotel events, city highlights, menu specials, and daily updates, using notice boards and briefing sheets to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and uphold outlet standards, ensuring menus and materials remain clean and presentable while helping drive increased visibility and market share.
