Job summary

An upscale restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head Chef-Arabic to oversee kitchen operations. What will you do?

  • Overall running of the kitchen, cleanliness, and organization
  • Execute all dishes in a timely manner and according to brand standards
  • Maintain the inventory and cost control by planning menus with quality ingredients within the budgetary restrictions
  • Lead and develop the BOH team
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, seasons, and suppliers
  • Assist the Executive Chef with administrative duties as well as supplier relations and sourcing of high-quality ingredients

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Arabic, Yemeni upscale restaurant in the UAE.
