A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beach bar, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the bar team to maintain a motivated, professional, and guest-focused environment.
• Develop and maintain a diverse and innovative beverage menu, including signature cocktails aligned with the venue’s concept and brand.
• Ensure a vibrant and engaging atmosphere is maintained throughout all operating hours, aligning with the premium beachside experience expected at InterContinental Abu Dhabi.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, inventory controls, ordering, and cost management to support operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to continually enhance the identity, performance, and reputation of the beach bar offering.

What we need from you:

• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, a confident presence, and the ability to engage guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Holds substantial experience in premium hospitality environments, preferably within luxury resorts or high-end bar operations, in a supervisory or senior bartender capacity.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a hands‑on approach and the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a diverse team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Possesses in‑depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, spirits, and bar operations, with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency.
• Displays a balanced combination of creativity and professionalism, with a clear focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
