The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in digital transformation, particularly within the Construction or Real Estate sectors, and possess strong communication capabilities in both English and Arabic. Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in digital transformation in Construction and/or Real Estate.
• Certifications in BPMN, TOGAF, Prince 2, Agile are advantageous.
• Experience in the Middle East region is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver digital transformation programs and projects.
• Analyse current systems and business processes for improvements.
• Provide technical advice on digital solutions.
