Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4/5* hotel.
• Must be guest-oriented and able to assist people with a vibrant personality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations in coordination with the housekeeping team.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and log details.
• Keep track of room status and coordinate updates.
• Distribute and monitor the issuance of various keys.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Knowledge of Opera

Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office

Preferably Russian or French speaker

Guest-oriented

Warm personality and positive work attitude

Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
