As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be welcoming guests like old friends, handling check-ins, check-outs, room keys, payments, and all the little details in between. You’ll be answering questions, solving mini-mysteries (like “where’s the best karak around here?”), and connecting the dots across departments to keep things flowing smoothly. You’ll work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and the rest of the Front Office gang to make sure everything’s running like clockwork.
Expect to be on your feet, think on the fly, and bring your personality to the role, because we’re big on character, not cookie‑cutter service. Bonus points if you’ve got a talent for remembering guest names, love sharing cool local tips, or know how to turn a challenging check‑in into a glowing review.
We want someone who’s confident, friendly, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you’ve worked in a front desk or guest‑facing role before, great! If you’ve used Opera PMS, even better. But more than anything, we want someone who’s all about people. You’ll need to juggle a few things at once, stay calm when it’s busy, and always be ready with a “no problem, we’ve got you.” Fluency in English is a must, and if you speak any other languages, that’s a nice plus. You’ll need to be flexible with shifts and bring a good attitude no matter what time of day it is. We’re a creative, curious, slightly quirky bunch, so if you’ve got a little edge and a big heart, you’ll feel right at home.
