Job summary

A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to oversee guest inquiries and enhance guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in a four or five-star hotel, with expertise in front office operations and guest services. Responsibilities include training staff, managing guest relations budgets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure exceptional service. This is a full-time position and Turkish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years experience in a 4–5 star Hotel.
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing guest inquiries requests and complaints.
  • Support the Front desk team in coordinating guest services.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collaborate with departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Train and mentor guest relations staff.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback.

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
