A leading hospitality provider in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to engage with VIP guests. The role involves managing special room assignments, welcoming guests, and ensuring all VIP rooms meet quality standards. Ideal candidates should have a passion for exceptional guest service, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time entry-level position at the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa.
A Guest Relations Agent engages with our VIP Guests throughout the hospitality experience. From check-in to check-out, the Guest Relations Team is always prepared to respond to VIP Guest requests at concierge, during promotional activities, and more.
