A luxurious hotel in Dubai is seeking an IT Supervisor to support the day-to-day IT systems for business operations. The ideal candidate should have prior IT experience in the hotel sector, along with knowledge of Microsoft systems and hotel applications like Fidelio and Micros. Responsibilities include providing support to hotel systems, recording issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance IT operations.

Qualifications

• Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector.
• Experience with all Microsoft systems.
• Experience with hotel applications, such as Fidelio and Micros, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users.
• Record all issues that arise and advise the IT Manager.
• Recommend system improvements to the IT Manager.
• Communicate with the hotel Business Center Team for Guest-related IT requirements.
