POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their entire stay. They are empowered to move around their space and do what needs to be done, whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local highlights. The Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

No matter your position, some key elements are critical to success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet, moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods), and taking a hands-on approach to work (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Performing these duties well, along with other reasonable job responsibilities, is essential for delivering excellent service to our guests and supporting our business every day.
