Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent knowledge of the hotel property and local area to confidently assist and inform guests.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and safely assisting with luggage and guest needs.
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred; valid driver’s license required when performing valet duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, open doors, anticipate guest needs.
• Assist with luggage handling, coordinate bell services, call taxis or rides.
• Monitor the entrance, screen visitors, ensure authorized access.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, events, dining options.
• Receive, sign for, log, and distribute packages and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming entrance area.
