PulseMediaNL, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in innovative, data-driven strategies, is looking for a talented Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and deliver measurable results across the MENA region.

In this role, you will leverage a variety of digital marketing tools and techniques to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative departments, to implement growth strategies that align with PulseMediaNL's business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize growth marketing strategies tailored to the MENA region.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends across digital channels.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (e.g., social media, search engines, display, and email).
  • Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CAC, LTV) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Build and execute email marketing automation sequences to nurture leads and increase conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers in the MENA region.
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) to inform decision-making and drive optimization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or related fields, preferably within the MENA region.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of growth hacking techniques and digital marketing strategies.
    • Proven experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Excellent knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
    • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
    • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
