Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Growth Executive – HR & SaaS Solutions to support our sales team in promoting HR ATS, EOR, payroll, and cloud-based HR solutions in the UAE market. This role focuses on researching potential clients, reaching out via LinkedIn and email, booking meetings for senior sales team members, and maintaining lead data in CRM systems.

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in B2B SaaS and HR services sales and learn modern sales tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Present cloud-based solutions and service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads using LinkedIn and CRM tools.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, reports, and MIS records.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Track sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, IT services, HR services, telecom, or banking preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
