About the Role

Our Client, a Global Leader in Telecom and Fintech sector, is seeking a Group OSS/BSS Solution Design Expert to drive the modernization of billing, charging, CRM, mediation, provisioning, and service orchestration systems across its operating companies. This is a senior telco transformation leadership role for someone who has hands-on experience designing and delivering OSS/BSS programs at scale in multi-country telecom environments.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of direct OSS/BSS delivery experience in telecom.

• Proven leadership in charging & billing systems (CBS/CCS), CRM, mediation, provisioning, and service orchestration.

• Strong knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (Open APIs, ODA).

• Track record managing large-scale, multi-country transformation programs.

• Familiarity with major vendor ecosystems: Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Sophix, or equivalent.

• Solid understanding of revenue assurance, monetization models, compliance, and TCO optimization.

• Ability to partner with IT leadership, finance, and revenue assurance teams to ensure business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group OSS/BSS transformation programs across multiple operating companies.

• Govern and align program delivery with TM Forum Open APIs and Group reference architectures.

• Oversee multi-vendor delivery, budgets, and dependencies.

• Work with finance and revenue assurance to reduce leakage and improve monetization.

• Drive program KPIs, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and deliver on time and within budget.

• Ensure architecture consistency and integration across group platforms.
