We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy governance and performance management of our multi-entity group. The Group CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, risk management and capital structuring across all business units and jurisdictions.

This role requires exceptional leadership, financial insight and the ability to navigate complex international structures, drive long‑term value creation and support business growth.

Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Develop and lead the group's financial strategy to align with short- and long‑term business objectives.
  • Provide financial insight and guidance to the CEO and board to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other investment opportunities.
Financial Operations & Planning
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across all subsidiaries.
  • Oversee group‑wide financial reporting ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance with IFRS/local standards.
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital and financial efficiency.
Risk Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with international and local financial regulations, tax laws and audit standards.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement robust internal controls, policies and financial governance frameworks.
Business & Financial Performance
  • Analyze financial performance, KPIs and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead cost management initiatives to improve profitability and enhance financial resilience.
  • Drive the implementation of digital finance systems and process automation.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple geographies and business units.
  • Build high‑performing finance teams and support leadership development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity and continuous improvement.
Strategic Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. operations, sales, marketing) to align financial and business objectives.
  • Advise on key business decisions, providing financial insights into pricing strategies, capital expenditures and cost management.
  • Evaluate financial implications of potential business opportunities and partnerships.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Lead financial due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions and partnerships.
  • Assess and model potential deals, providing recommendations based on financial impact and alignment with company strategy.
Investor Relations
  • Manage relationships with investors, analysts and financial institutions.
  • Communicate the company's financial performance, strategy and outlook to external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Certified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) required.
  • Master's or MBA with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum of 18–20 years of progressive financial experience with at least 10–15 years in a senior leadership role (e.g. Finance Director, VP of Finance, Finance Controller or similar).
  • Proven track record in financial management, strategy and analysis in a dynamic business environment.
  • In‑depth knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, risk management and accounting principles. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading large finance teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions and recommend actionable solutions. Experience with financial software and ERP systems, preferably Zoho Books (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or similar).
