Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the company's marketing, branding, and sales efforts. This role involves designing a variety of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, property listings, digital ads, and social media content. The designer will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand identity, ensuring all visuals effectively communicate the company’s values and highlight properties in an appealing way. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, be proficient in industry-standard design software, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop and produce creative designs for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and websites.
  • Branding Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity, maintaining consistency across all design assets.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and produce designs that meet business objectives.
  • Content Layout & Production: Design layouts for digital and print media, making sure the final product is visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Website & Social Media Graphics: Create engaging visual content for the company's website, social media platforms, and online advertisements to boost engagement and brand presence.
  • Design Updates: Revise and update existing designs based on feedback from stakeholders or new campaign strategies.
  • Market Trend Research: Stay updated with current design trends and techniques, integrating innovative approaches into the company’s designs to stay competitive.
Qualification :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and digital media formats.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing business needs and creative challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in real estate marketing or working with branding in similar industries is a plus.
