Black & Grey HR is on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who can join one of the UAE's fast-growing entertainment and hospitality groups. If you've got a sharp eye for design, a flair for storytelling, and thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments, this one's for you.

As the Graphic Designer, you'll take the lead on all things visual, from high-impact marketing collateral to vibrant event branding, helping craft the look and feel of a brand that's redefining entertainment in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design captivating visuals for online & offline marketing, social media posts, websites, digital ads, flyers, billboards, and event presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing & events team to align visuals with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Use tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects to create clean, compelling designs.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory to every piece of work.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital banners to venue signage.
  • Conceptualize and execute visual campaigns that speak to the brand's audience and entertainment-first tone.
  • Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats, social, print, digital screens, and multimedia content.
  • Manage timelines and deliver creative on tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Stay current with design trends, formats, and digital engagement tactics.
  • Oversee aspects of print production, from venue branding to directional signage for major events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related creative discipline.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in entertainment, media, or other fast-paced industries.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • A genuine passion for visual marketing, advertising, and creative storytelling.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
