Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the design and artwork production of The St. Regis Abu Dhabi its venues and spa as well as any other signage requirements and needs within the premises.
  • Responsibilities will include collateral material and other graphic design tasks that are required and relevant to sales promotions F&B social media events and not only.
  • Ensure deliverables are in line with Marriott and brand standards and are completed on time.
  • Support art and design strategy for social media videography and photography.
  • Participate and contribute on research direction for any new branding concept and storytelling in collaboration with Director of Marketing & Communications.

Main responsibilities
  • Be creative and aware of trends and latest social media tools
  • Overlook creatives for the In-house marketing to support the Hotel Restaurants Spa and any promotions and events
  • Overlook online support for html pages & animating graphic slide for third party website.
  • Ensure all live channels with creatives are updated with latest changes and overlook process of updating
  • Maintain all brand standards for all collateral templates.
  • Designs and produces marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements collateral signage flash pieces electronic brochures animated creatives and presentations that reflect the brands image and style in order to drive hotel revenue and awareness.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to provide full designs and conceptualization solutions from A-Z adhering to the respective positioning and concept created.
  • Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral.
  • Monitors the progress of all projects including the maintenance of project files and archives and provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates.
  • Executes various aspects of production including printing scanning digital retouching image editing special effects and file manipulation and layout.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Contribute and conceptualize the social media strategy
  • Drive videography and photography requirements
  • Assist on new concept designs and marketing strategy
  • Drive animation requirements in video posts and sale support
