What youll be doing

As Global Events Manager you will take full ownership of our global event strategy and play a key role in how Sana shows up in the market:

• Own the global events strategy aligned with company goals defining clear objectives target audiences success metrics and ROI per event and making data-driven decisions on which events to participate in.
• Develop compelling event concepts narratives and talking tracks in close collaboration with Marketing and Leadership translating our brand positioning into distinctive customer-centric B2B experiences.
• Design and manage the full end-to-end attendee experience from pre-event communication to on-site activation and structured post-event follow-up.
• Measure and analyse event performance (attendance engagement pipeline influence ROI) share insights and continuously optimize future event strategies and formats.

What you bring

• 23 years of hands-on event management experience preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience owning events end-to-end not just executing parts of them.
• A strong sense for brand experience and storytelling: you are highly creative and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• A goal-getter mindset: assertive proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong project management skills with a structured organized way of working.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
• Analytical mindset: you understand how to use data to evaluate impact and guide decisions.
• Willingness to travel internationally 12 times per quarter.
