Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in data protection, privacy, compliance, or information security.
• Expertise in UAE PDPL and UK GDPR frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO27701 and ISO27001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data governance and protection frameworks aligned with UAE and UK laws.
• Monitor compliance with retention rules, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Define data ownership roles, classification models, and decision-making structures.
• Lead breach management and coordinate notifications with regulators.
• Deliver training and awareness programmes across the organisation.
