Qualifications

• 5 years in distribution, commercial, sourcing, partnerships, brand management, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to scale brands and manage P&L ownership.
• Experience managing teams and leading high-value negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard high-potential regional and international brands.
• Own the P&L for assigned brands including pricing, margins, cost structures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams for execution.
