Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Architect to lead the endtoend architecture design and integration of backend systems and mobile application services within a fastpaced fintech environment. This critical role focuses on enabling business agility ensuring robust integration with thirdparty financial systems and driving secure scalable and highperformance solutions across our platforms. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to align technology strategies with business goals and ensure regulatory and security compliance throughout the system lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee backend infrastructure supporting mobile and financial applications ensuring performance scalability and security.
• Develop APIs microservices and backend systems to integrate internal and thirdparty financial services payment gateways and banking platforms.
• Lead system integration initiatives ensuring seamless and secure data flow across services.
• Ensure full compliance with fintech security and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with development product and security teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance using monitoring logging and automated testing practices.
• Promote DevOps best practices CI/CD automation and cloudnative solution design.
• Document architecture frameworks integration workflows and security policies.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends backend innovations and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 58 years of experience in system or solution architecture ideally within fintech.
• Strong handson experience with financial APIs payment systems and banking integrations.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java Go Ruby or C#.
• Expert knowledge in API design (RESTful GraphQL) microservices and eventdriven architectures.
• Deep experience with authentication/security protocols (OAuth2 JWT OpenID Connect).
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong database management experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka RabbitMQ AWS SQS) and monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack).
• Certifications in cloud architecture security or backend development are preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a highgrowth fintech environment.
• Experience with wallet or core banking systems is a plus.
