Qualifications

• 4–6 years in franchise operations or multi-site brand management within hospitality or F&B.
• Proven audit experience and report writing at head-office level.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Seven Rooms.
• High attention to detail, deadline-driven, and comfortable influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end franchise performance management across assigned markets.
• Plan and execute structured brand audits; track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain franchise SOP compliance and update changes as needed.
• Produce comprehensive reports with KPIs and recommendations.
• Build relationships with franchisees and provide coaching.
