Qualifications

• 7–12 years of UAE rent-a-car experience with multi-functional responsibilities.
• Strong experience with Dubai Police workflows and fines management.
• Ability to develop SOPs, dashboards, and KPIs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including customer service and reservations.
• Coordinate with RTA on traffic files and permits.
• Drive commercial growth through partnerships and corporate accounts.
