Graduate Trainee – Finance Assistant Manager

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative graduate to join our Finance team for a 2-year graduate programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on new technology skills. This role requires a flexible approach to work, the ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders, and a willingness to embrace creativity and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and integrate new technologies that enhance financial processes.
  • Implement and manage innovative finance solutions using loco applications such as Power BI and Alteryx.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging team members to try new approaches and learn from failures.
Experience/Knowledge and Skills:
  • Available to work full time from June 2026 onwards
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve GPA of 2.8 or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • UAE National holding a Family Book
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
