Finance Analyst

Meraki Group is seeking a sharp and analytical Finance Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in finance to support investment strategy, financial modeling, and fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating project feasibility, structuring investment proposals, and preparing financial models for both internal planning and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: develop, maintain, and stress-test detailed financial models for new and ongoing projects; conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ROI/IRR calculations to assess project profitability.
  • Analyze capital structures and provide recommendations on financing options (debt/equity/hybrid).
  • Investment & Fundraising Support: prepare pitch decks, investment teasers, and business plans for fundraising purposes; support due diligence and data room preparation for institutional investors, lenders, and JV partners; assist in evaluating term sheets, loan offers, and equity structures.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with development, legal, and finance teams to align financial planning with project delivery timelines; track KPIs, monitor actuals vs forecasts, and assist in MIS and investor reporting; maintain market intelligence around construction costs, real estate trends, and financing benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or CFA Level II preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience in financial analysis or investment roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel-based modeling and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment and investment structures.
