What is the role?

We are looking for a talented Field Operations Associate to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing various field activities to support our operational objectives. As a Field Operations Associate, You will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimising efficiency in the field.

What You’ll Do

Field Coordination

• Coordinate and schedule field activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Act as a liaison between the field tasks and the team, facilitating communication and information flow.

Site Management

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and equipment at field locations, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the smooth operation of our assets.

Problem Resolution

• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during field operations.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance overall efficiency.
• Communicate with guests and support them during their in-stay journey.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license and comfortable commuting to field locations
• Proven experience in field coordination, site management, or a similar operational role
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and guests
• Understanding of safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Comfortable conducting site visits and working in the field
• Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or logistics is a plus
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
