BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a leading Food Manufacturing Company in the poultry industry. We are looking for a Field Operator (Hatchery) to manage the incubation and hatching processes by ensuring optimal environmental conditions and adhering to strict biosecurity protocols.


Responsibilities:
  1. Operate incubators and hatchers, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and ventilation.
  2. Set eggs in incubators and monitor development stages.
  3. Transfer eggs from setters to hatchers at the designated time.
  4. Assist in candling and grading eggs to identify quality and fertility issues.
  5. Sort and grade chicks based on quality and size.
  6. Prepare chicks for vaccination and transportation.
  7. Enforce strict biosecurity measures to prevent disease and contamination.
  8. Report any abnormalities or operational issues to the hatchery supervisor.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry hatchery operations.
  2. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  3. Education: Diploma or High School Certificate.
  4. Basic English proficiency is required.
