We’re looking for customer-focused field engineers to kick start their careers in a high-performing team. In this role you’ll be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of engineering products.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
• Experience in direct customer‑facing roles, technical consulting, or field engineering
• Strong understanding of construction applications (anchors, firestop, MEP, structural, façade, oil & gas, or similar)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Customer‑oriented mindset with high drive and learning agility
• Ability to influence technical decisions at consultant and contractor level
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel between project sites
