• Communicate efficiently with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with menu knowledge and promote daily specials or hotel events.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and entrance area.

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and relay concerns to management.
