Whether setting tables assisting the kitchen or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies the Guest Service Support Expert provides the support that make transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly.
• Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas, and replenish supplies to support the guest experience.
• Provide support that makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
• Manage the menu (read and visually verify information).
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None.
