Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years senior management experience in healthcare leadership.
• Experience in Eye Care or Eye Centers in the UAE.
• Excellent English proficiency and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations ensuring efficiency and quality care.
• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for growth.
