Job Overview

We are supporting a leading trading company in Dubai in hiring an Export Coordinator with proven expertise in agri-commodities and animal feed ingredients. This role is critical to managing international export operations, coordinating logistics, and handling documentation in line with global trade standards.

Note: Only candidates with direct experience in agri-commodities and/or animal feed ingredients will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage export documentation as per international trade and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and vessel operators for timely and efficient shipments.
• Review and manage Letters of Credit (LCs), ensuring compliance with trade terms and banking requirements.
• Liaise with international partners and internal teams to support seamless export processes.
• Generate reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure end-to-end coordination for international shipments of agri-commodities and animal feed products.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory experience in agri-commodities or animal feed trading and export operations.
