Overview

We are seeking an organized Export Admin Executive to join our team in our HQ in Dubai! The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all export certificates, shipment invoices, and assisting with price quotation requests. This role will also involve processing orders and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient export operations. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for the culinary industry, and have a keen eye to detail. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities


  • Monitor and manage the inventory on a regular basis for the locally sourced products.

  • Ensure optimum stock coverage on all range of SKUs.

  • Generate supplier wise order inventory plans, PO and Coordinating with suppliers on continuous basis.

  • Check and follow up of delivery status from suppliers.

  • Process orders received from Clients and fulfill the orders by making sure all items are purchased, packed and shipped

  • Coordinate with Operations and Posting Purchases in the system.

  • Coordinate with other departments such as finance, operations, logistics, & stores.

  • Ensure stock availability (transfer order from other sites) - part of the team.

  • Co-operate with all members of the team and other functions as required to ensure proactive internal

  • Perform other tasks as required by Chef Middle East management.

  • Receive Invoices from suppliers and preparing them for Account’s booking purposes.

  • Assist Export team with price quotation requests.

  • Maintain & update filling system of the invoices once completed.

  • Maintain & update an Excel format client database.

  • Perform other tasks as required by Chef Middle East management.


Qualifications


  • College/University diploma with at least 1-2 years related experience.

  • Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point.
