Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
• Basic math skills to handle payments.
• Fluent in Malayalam (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Ensure the accuracy of orders by communicating with the kitchen staff.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
• Process payments using POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
