• At least 5 years experience in a similar position in a luxury 5-star brand.
• Experience in pre-opening or major refurbishment is preferred.
• Middle East experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Housekeeping Operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and guide a multicultural team to meet Dorchester standards.
• Manage departmental controllable expenses to achieve budget goals.
• Coordinate with Rooms team to ensure timely preparation of rooms.
• Ensure cyclical cleaning is scheduled and completed on time.
