We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dibba‑El‑Fujairah. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing and successful restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team in all aspects of food production and preparation.
• Plan and develop menus and recipes.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, dishwashers and support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage budgeting and cost control.
• Provide creative input on special menus and events.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with experience in menu creation, recipe development, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse kitchen crew.
• Passion for food and cooking to guarantee the highest quality dishes.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; applicants with strong culinary knowledge and leadership potential will also be considered.
