Overview
Executive Chef in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1500 per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily kitchen operations while ensuring staff adhere to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
- Develop new menu items based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Manage the budget for food purchases and track kitchen inventory.
- Monitor staff performance, hold regular team meetings, and motivate the team to deliver excellence.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a professional chef, preferably in a luxury property or similar environment.
- Expertise in menu creation, food presentation, and kitchen organization; ability to work with multiple ingredients and complex dishes.
- A passion for cooking and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, good leadership qualities, attention to detail, and creativity in menu design.
- Multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, up-to-date knowledge of food trends and techniques, and understanding of health regulations regarding food preparation.
- A certificate or degree in culinary arts is preferred but not required.
