A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Executive Assistant in Dubai to support the CEO in managing personal and business commitments. The role involves diary management, extensive travel coordination, and report preparation, requiring an individual with a strong work ethic and self-motivation. Irwin & Dow are working in partnership with a company that is a significant presence in their field, to source an Executive Assistant who will support the CEO in all aspects of his corporate life. Working closely alongside the Personal Assistant, ensuring that both personal and business commitments align and reporting to the Head of the CEO’s office. This is a role with significant growth potential and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, capable and seeking long-term stability; the company pride themselves on high levels of staff retention and staff development. As the gatekeeper of the CEO’s office, you will ensure that his time is effectively managed and that potential diary clashes are avoided, with a seamless understanding of what and who requires prioritisation. There will be extensive travel management, that will, need full coordination with the Personal PA to ensure no conflicts arise and as such a strong collaborative approach is required. The Executive Assistant is the interface between the CEO’s Office and his direct reports, who sit in various territories. The compiling of information, reports and presentations for the CEO in conjunction with the Managing Directors is a large part of the role and as EA you will be able to establish and build relationships quickly, accessing the information required quickly and efficiently. We are seeking candidates who possess a strong work ethic and want to develop a long-term career EA trajectory. Although an inherently strong individual, you will have a team centric approach and be open to feedback and direction. Degree education is preferred, but high school diploma will be accepted for the right candidate, and ideally candidates will come from a media/entertainment background, although this is not a pre-requisite. Successful applicants must possess the confidence to deal with colleagues of all levels and be able to work with minimum supervision. Highly self‑motivated, with good cultural and local knowledge, candidates will be fully IT literate with strong social media skills.
