It offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and a five‑star spa, located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport on a picturesque island in the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Executive Assistant – People & Culture to join the resort’s People & Culture team.

Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Manage the SVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and act as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Operational Coordination: Track People & Culture projects, deadlines, and deliverables; provide status updates.
  • Assist in preparing HR dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Support internal communications, town halls, and engagement initiatives.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Coordinate approvals, documentation, and audit readiness for HR processes.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in HR or People & Culture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and modern productivity tools like SharePoint, Visio, Oracle HCM.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
