Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager located in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. The role involves managing the daily operations of the office, supporting senior executives with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling internal and external communications. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, organizing events, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring a well-functioning office environment. The role also includes acting as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage office operations and executive schedules efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities for effective correspondence and task prioritization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems or software.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to handling responsibilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
