Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, based in Dubai with a combination of on-site work and some remote flexibility. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information. Additional responsibilities include preparing expense reports and assisting in administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Executive Support and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and related financial documentation
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing schedules and prioritizing tasks
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and technology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Previous experience supporting executive-level leadership is a plus
